Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To perform the Inventory Clerk job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Inventory Control: Maintains accurate inventory levels and performs stock checks & cycle counts. Completes year-end inventory counts, and cycle counting as needed.

Customer/Internal Support: Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers.

Ordering & Procurement: Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment.

Data Entry & Reporting: Use D365 & Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing.

Shipping & Receiving: Serves as the back-up to primary Shipping & Receiving, which includes processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs

High school diploma or GED

A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working on coffee, tea and beverage equipment or related field preferred
Qualification/Skills: The skills listed below are representative of the technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required to meet the job qualifications for this position.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Positive, customer service attitude and a team player

Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams)

Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred

Forklift experience (recommended but training offered)
