AT&T Bilingual Customer Representative

Our growing team is hiring a Bilingual Customer Representative to provide outstanding support to new and existing AT&T customers. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource by answering questions, assisting with customer accounts, and helping ensure every customer has a positive experience.

What You'll Do as an AT&T Bilingual Customer Representative:

• Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Help customers with account questions, updates, and general support
• Explain available AT&T products and services based on each customer's needs
• Maintain accurate customer account information
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Follow up with customers regarding account updates and appointments
• Build positive relationships through professional communication
• Participate in ongoing training and career development
