Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential AT&T customers and build positive, professional relationships
- Make sure customers accounts are taken care and troubleshoot when needed
- Explain AT&T’s fiber, wireless, and home technology services in a clear and helpful way
- Assist customers through the process of opening or upgrading their residential accounts
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals while maintaining strong customer service
- Manage a designated territory to ensure consistent outreach and coverage
- Stay informed about AT&T products, promotions, and service updates
- Track activity and results to help the team continue improving performance
- Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions
