What we're looking for
Reid and Riege, P.C seeks a Commercial Transactional Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered.
Qualifications
- Background of Increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work
- Strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills
- Excellent judgment
- Dedication to providing top notch client service
- Mergers and acquisitions and/or private fund experience is a plus
