Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Rock Hill, SC. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service and repair appointments, and provide timely information about HVAC services to customers. Daily responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, updating and maintaining customer records, coordinating with technicians and dispatch, and following up to ensure customer needs are met. The role also involves resolving basic concerns, communicating service options clearly, and supporting a smooth workflow between the office and field teams. This position requires consistent attendance, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to manage phone calls and inquiries effectively.
- Experience contributing to customer satisfaction and customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a customer service representatives team in an office or service-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and a courteous, professional phone manner.
