IT Support Technician

Reicks View Farms is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our office team.

We are looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal employees needing technical assistance, resolving everyday hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring our systems run smoothly.

As a member of our team, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

• Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, test, and maintain employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and in person.
• Primary Technical Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, delivering prompt and professional internal customer support both on-site and remotely.
• AgTech Integration: Assist in integrating IT systems with farm equipment on-site.
• Vendor Coordination: Ability to connect with vendors to resolve internal issues.
• User Training: Train end-users on technology usage and best practices to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
