What You'll Do

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites

Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently
-
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
-
Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training
-
Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems

Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs

Prioritize safety-on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations
What You'll Bring

3 years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude

Proven safety-first mindset in shop and field settings
-
Clear communication skills with customers and teammates
-
EPA Universal Certification and 3–5 years HVAC/R experience strongly preferred

Clean driving record and 21 years of age

Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the Midwest (MN, ND, SD, IA, NE)
