AP/AR Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AP/AR Specialist at Reibus, you will work across multiple departments to help manage the cash flow cycle of the company and ensure that customer and vendor transactions are accounted for appropriately. Due to the company's rapid expansion of our business, we need to bring on additional Finance talent to join the fast growing team. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone that is looking to learn finance from the ground up and provide solutions to new challenges. You will work closely with the Finance, Sales and Operations to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact with a fast-growing team that is innovating the supply chain for industrial products.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the production, distribution, and tracking of customer invoices
• Customer communication and invoice discrepancy resolution
• Accurate processing of customer payments
• Communication across the organization to ensure accuracy of customer invoicing
• Manage the Accounts Payable process including, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, entering invoices into the ERP and processing payment
• Assist in the month end close process through journal entry preparation and account reconciliation
• Monitor the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging reports and follow up as needed
• Assist with ad hoc projects

• Data fluency: Likes working with data and insights, able to synthesize data, optimize and make recommendations. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organization: Can prioritize and shepherd multiple projects in parallel with stellar attention to detail. 
• Agility: Resourceful, resilient and proactive in fast-paced environments. Takes a flexible approach to new challenges. 
• Customer focus: Pivot to changing needs of the business, and be prepared to provide solutions. 

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, but not required
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software packages rapidly
