Do you take pride in doing great work and enjoy being part of a team that supports each other? Were looking for a Hand Sorter to join our warehouse operations a hands-on role that plays a vital part in maintaining quality and meeting production goals.
What Youll Do:
- Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards.
- Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision.
- Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
- Support your team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.
What You Bring:
- Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Experience in a warehouse or production-based environment preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (Clean as You Go).
- May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
