Purpose of RoleAs part of the Total Rewards team, the Benefits Administrator supports the day-to-day execution of employee benefit programs by managing inquiries, processing enrollments and changes, and serving as a liaison between employees, vendors, and internal teams. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of benefits and payroll data, assists with audits and year-end processes, and contributes to successful Open Enrollment. This individual must perform work of a confidential nature, thus must comply to specific security protocols.Areas of Accountabilities Benefits AdministrationMonitor Benefits in-box daily, responding timely and accurately to all emails.Answer Total Rewards general number and respond to voicemail messages.Reconcile all benefits invoices, submit to accounting, and track accordingly.Reconcile electronic benefits file feed discrepancies and report any errors. Act as liaison between employees and benefit providers to research eligibility discrepancies.Review, and approve, or deny ADP benefits enrollment for new hire or qualified life event tasks.Support team with annual Open Enrollment processes including educating employees, travel, and various ADP tasks.Process Medical Support Orders, set-up payroll deductions, and notify agencies.Prepare and process outgoing mailers.Support monthly virtual benefits orientations.Review ADP and Fidelity data quarterly to ensure beneficiaries are listed and tasks are closed from previous quarter.Other benefits projects and tasks as needed.Payroll CollaborationMonitor Total Rewards In-Box, responding timely and accurately to all emails.Provide support with audits and subpoena’s (pull payroll records, I9’s, etc.).Troubleshoot payroll benefits deductions discrepancies.Review/test year-end benefits deductions to ensure accuracy of payroll for following year.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least 1-2 years of administrative experience Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written with employees and outside partnersProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detailWorking knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow preferredExperience with Excel and basic formulas and pivotsAble to travel up to 20% of the time.
