What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief HR Officer position at REHOBOTH MCKINLEY CHRISTIAN HEALTH?
The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the hospital, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation. Oversight of the Education department, Employee Health, HIPAA Privacy in addition to HR. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the board of directors and acts as Administrator-on-call. The CHRO is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ progressive organizational leadership required and 10 years directly related Human Resource experience required.

Required Licensure/Certification(s):
- SPHR or PHR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) highly preferred.
