Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
• Schedule: M-F with occasional call
• 8 to 9 direct reports
• Great leadership and administration team with great full-time benefits
• Chief Nursing Officer sets clinical standards, design systems to improve patient care, and collaborate with other executives on long-term goals
• Manages financial operating budgets, balance department spending, and monitor nurse-to-patient staffing ratios
• Ensures the facility meets state and federal healthcare laws, maintains proper accreditation, and follows strict safety protocols
• Oversees the recruitment, training, retention, and performance evaluation of nursing personnel

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse License in New Mexico or compact state
• BSN or higher
• Previous Chief Nursing Officer experience highly preferred but not required
