The Basic Function is to perform basic manual labor tasks in waste removal from engine lines and related areas. Operate cardboard baler and associated tools and equipment. Assist Maintenance personnel in various tasks.
Specific Responsibilities:
Operate cardboard baler, and related equipment
Follow verbal work instructions
Verify safety procedures and protocols are followed
Use power tools, hand tools, and other special equipment as required
Understand basic functions of assembly line and processes
Understand proper use of tools and equipment to support the assembly lines
Understand capabilities and limitations of power tools
Report to work area by shift start up time
Behaviors align with Rehlko's values
Perform other duties as assigned
Ensure applicable product compliance requirements are upheld including but not limited to the Clean Air Act, California Code of Regulation and California Health and Safety Code.
Requirements
All Applicants
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Internal Applicants
Minimum 1 year of relevant and proficient work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
External Applicants
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

The Hourly range for this position is $19.70-$19.70.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
