Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Management Intern to support our growing product development initiatives within our Water Technologies business. This role offers hands-on experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams to support product strategy, development, and market analysis.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation with a genuine interest in business and product management, and is eager to contribute fresh ideas in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product development initiatives from concept through execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Assist with product documentation, data analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams
- Help evaluate current product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in multidisciplinary intern projects and present findings
- Support day-to-day activities of the Product Management team
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Business Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Exposure to or interest in B2B environments, preferably within construction, building products, or manufacturing
- Strong technical aptitude with an interest in product and business strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Language skills are a plus
