What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Plan, market, and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Master’s degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility to obtain
- State licensure (or eligibility) as required to practice
