Position Overview:
- Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity at RehabVisions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic in South Bend, Washington OP clinic owned & operated by RehabVisions since 2015. https://southbend.rehabvisions.com/
- 90% OP and 10% IP anticipated caseload
- This is a growth position
- Pay range $39 $45 per hour, depending on experience
- Quality-of-care bonus opportunities that include cash incentives
- This opportunity is sign-on bonus eligible to be received as cash, student loan assistance, career development, or a combination
- Housing stipend of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Masters degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
