RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Rehab Director / Physical Therapist in Guymon, Oklahoma for an exciting opportunity to lead a new inpatient rehab program from day one in a hospital setting.

Compensation and Incentives

Responsibilities

The Rehab Director / Physical Therapist will provide both department leadership and patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Lead, support, and develop therapy staff
• Coordinate staffing levels and staff mix to support efficiency and department goals
• Complete staff orientation, supervision, and performance evaluations
• Manage department budget and support productivity goals
• Develop, market, and grow therapy programs and new service opportunities
• Complete required company and facility reports
• Support quality assurance, quality reporting, and compliance processes
• Oversee documentation audits and other department compliance procedures
• Assist with authorizations, claims support, and reimbursement-related coordination as needed
• Provide Physical Therapy evaluation, treatment, reassessment, and documentation in accordance with state regulations and company guidelines
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Develop treatment plans and protocols using evidence-based practice
• Respond promptly to referrals and build strong relationships with providers and facility partners
• Lead staff meetings, in-services, and educational efforts
• Monitor scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
• Maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, caregivers, facility leadership, and coworkers
• Support corrective action planning and performance improvement efforts when needed
• Ensure compliance with RehabVisions policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required
• Applicants must be a licensed Physical Therapist to be considered
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Prefer 5 years of therapy experience
• Prefer prior director, manager, or leadership experience
• Prefer experience in hospital, outpatient, or multi-discipline rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication, leadership, clinical, and operational skills
