- Skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility
- PRN/on-call 20 hours per week; flexible schedule
- Pay range $40 - $50/hour, depending on experience
- Velva is located aproximately 22 miles southeast of Minot

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Supervise COTAs in accordance to state regulations as necessary
Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure
