- Adult and peds caseload mix
- Pay range $39 – $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to your clinical results.
- Flexible $8,000 career bonus – use it for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination
- AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure
