What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc.?
The Program Manager position is full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. This is an exempt position and does include after-hours responsibilities on an as-needed basis. Minimum Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma with 5 years experience preferably in a human services setting OR Bachelors degree with 2 years experience preferred in a mental health or human services setting
- Valid NYS driver’s license is required.
The Program Manager will work within an 10-bed community residence that serves as a transitional residence for consumers. The position of Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program. The position includes but is not limited to the following: coordination of care and restorative services for consumers, Medicaid billing supervision and submission, consumer receivables, monthly banking, electronic chart management and audits, oversight of the residence needs, staff training and supervision. Qualified candidates must have strong communication, writing, problem solving, and management skills. Candidates should be QMHS qualified.
