Clinician

Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Clinician for its SOS (Safe Options Support) program in Ulster County, NY.

Job description:

Responsibilities include the overall coordination and treatment for an assigned case load including assessments, scheduling of medication reviews, and treatment reviews as necessary; completing associated documentation including treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes for assigned clients utilizing the Electronic Client Case Record. Provide clinical support and direction for the SOS team. Participation in team outreach efforts to engage individuals currently experiencing homelessness and providers in the community serving these individuals.

Job requirements:

Currently possessing a professional license (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD.) by the New York State Education Department and experience in mental health, substance use or providing services to unhoused individuals.

Other Requirements:

Bi-lingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Active/Valid NYS driver's license

Successful clearance by Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check.
