Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Winter Park is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this important role, you will help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and Plan: Collaborate in the evaluation of residents and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
Promote Independence: Play a crucial role in assisting residents with daily tasks to enhance their ability to live independently.
Provide Support: Monitor residents as they engage in their prescribed activities, ensuring their well-being and progress.
Facilitate Rehabilitation: Aid in the rehabilitation of residents who have experienced injury, illness, or other health challenges.
Safeguard Confidentiality: Uphold resident confidence by responsibly handling confidential information.

Qualifications:
Florida State COTA License: Must hold a current Florida State COTA License.
Preferred Experience: Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
