Role Description This full-time Medical Sales Representative role is hybrid, based in Atlanta, GA, with a mix of in-office, field, and work-from-home responsibilities. The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other referral sources to identify patients who can benefit from complex rehab equipment. Daily activities include conducting patient and clinician consultations, explaining product features and benefits, coordinating equipment evaluations and fittings with ATPs, and managing the sales process from initial referral through delivery. The role involves preparing quotes, submitting and tracking documentation, collaborating with clinical and operations teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on all leads. The Medical Sales Representative will also be responsible for territory planning, attending relevant industry events or in-services, and consistently meeting sales, service, and compliance standards.

- Relevant experience in medical device, durable medical equipment (DME), or healthcare sales is highly beneficial, especially in rehabilitation or mobility solutions.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for regular local travel within the territory.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, rehabilitation, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), wheelchairs, and assistive technology is a plus, along with a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
