Job Description
We are seeking four detail-oriented interns to support the operational focus on renewals across North America. Each intern will be assigned to a specific region, working directly with Regional Operations Directors and Area VPs to manage renewal reporting, auditing, and SharePoint organization. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to agreement renewal workflows and retention management, by providing direct visibility for how regional leaders track and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining regional renewal data and reports
- Support the validation and tracking of renewal records and critical dates
- Audit renewal information in key systems and uploading audit results weekly
- Highlight priority markets or areas for review
- Partner with regional leadership (Area VPs, Area Mgrs., Regional Operations Dirs.) to provide updates and insights that support retention strategies
- Contribute to improving operational processes and data accuracy
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
