Overview
We are a growing, Outpatient OASAS 822 and OMH client-focused program dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals and families. Our team is committed to fostering a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and quality care.
We are seeking a (two) dedicated and skilled QHP's to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the program directors and serve as the Clinical Supervisor for the respected program. We have two positions open, one for each program. Duties include providing clinical supervision to staff in addition to provide clinical assessments, individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients on their path to wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and community resources.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case conferences.
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Active New York State LMHC/LCSW license (required) Or CASAC Advanced/Masters Level for the 822 program.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in OMH/OASAS settings is a plus.
