Job Summary
Busy Office looking for a full time or part time legal secretary. West Oahu Resident preferred. Must type 60 plus wpm and have excellent English skills and be organized and pay attention to detail. Familiarity with medical records or business procedures a plus. Must work well under pressure and deadlines Willing to train right person. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Office programs. Duties
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls or respond to emails
- Support personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements or special project organization
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
