As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic SVP of Client Operations & Transformation to lead our client-facing regulatory service teams and drive operational excellence across the organization.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure our teams deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality work while enabling growth and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align delivery capabilities with client expectations and corporate goals. You will leverage AI to transform service delivery speed and productivity while maintaining Registrar’s high-quality standards. Role Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Build and execute a comprehensive Client Operations and Transformation Strategy that aligns with client needs, timelines, and productivity goals.
- Operational Management: Lead and scale a team of 60 employees and global partners. Own end-to-end delivery operations, including SLAs, process efficiency, capacity forecasting, and quality assurance. Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor output, productivity, and client satisfaction. Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.
- Transformative Productivity: Leverage AI tools and process improvements to enable faster service delivery and better utilize professional services team’s expertise. Automate and digitize process steps to reduce errors and accelerate service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Build a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement. Coach managers to develop future leaders, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational depth. Promote team member engagement, collaboration, and recognition across remote teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to understand client commitments and ensure delivery readiness. Collaborate with Finance and HR on headcount forecasting, performance incentives, and resource planning. Partner with Product and Technology teams to streamline tools and systems supporting service delivery.
- Governance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards within operations workflows. Implement risk controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness across service lines. Manage change control, reporting accuracy, and operational governance processes.
Required Skillset and Experience:
- 15 years of experience leading mid/large service or operations teams (100 people), preferably in professional services, SaaS, or compliance-driven environments.
- Proven record of driving transformative operational excellence, process improvement, and automation at scale.
- Strong executive communication skills; proven success in presenting data-driven insights and influencing cross-functional leaders.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product leadership to deliver measurable client outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a remote, high-performance environment.
- Experience leading and incorporating offshore support teams into service delivery operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
