What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Technical Project Lead position at RegisHR (Human Resources)?
The IT Technical Project Lead (TPL) leads the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives by owning scope, schedule, budget, resources, and communications across business and technical teams. This role combines delivery leadership (coordination and oversight) with hands-on technical leadership (design coordination and review) to ensure initiatives are executed with operational rigor—including change management, release coordination, and service transition to steady-state support.
