Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, and controls
- Troubleshoot faults to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment changeovers
- Monitor and work with PLCs, sensors, and relays
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, NFPA standards, and food industry regulations (SSOP, HACCP)
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Operations team to prioritize tasks and respond to emergencies
- Assist in sanitation and participate in facility safety efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or trade school training in Industrial Electricity
- 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and basic mechanical systems
- Comfortable operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting single-phase and three-phase equipment
- Familiarity with SSOP and HACCP standards
- Ability to work independently and document maintenance activities
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate production equipment
- Work may involve exposure to industrial noise, wet/slippery surfaces, and cleaning agents
