Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, alert, and responsible Security Officer to conduct routine security patrols using a golf cart and on foot. The ideal candidate must be dependable, physically capable of walking and standing for extended periods, and willing to actively patrol the assigned property to maintain a safe and secure environment.
We are looking for:
- Golf Cart Patrol: Friday from 2pm to 10pm and Saturday - Sunday from 1pm to 9pm
Duties
- Conduct regular security patrols using a golf cart and on foot as required.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns.
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the assigned area.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
- Report and document incidents, unusual activity, and policy violations.
- Follow all post orders, and security procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, employees, and management.
- Ensure patrol duties are completed consistently and thoroughly throughout the shift.
Skills
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You must have a valid Class D License;
- You must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
- You must be able to pass a drug screen
- You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
