EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE SUPERINTENDENT
Located a half mile from the Atlantic Ocean and 15 minutes from Portland, RSU 23 is a 650-student, three-school district seeking an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent to join our central office team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and proactive problem-solving are essential. The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent will support the mission of RSU 23 schools and assist with tasks necessary for the efficient operations of the district.
START DATE: Immediate, with consideration given to the selected candidate's transition timeline.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of related work experience
- Hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Criminal History Records Check
