What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist (PRN) - Inpatient Pharmacy position at Regional One Health?
Regional One Health is currently seeking a Pharmacist (PRN) for our Inpatient Pharmacy.
Provides professional pharmacy services. Reviews, interprets, monitors and dispenses medications, drugs and other pharmaceutical as prescribed by physician and according to professional standards and practices. Performs duties on an as needed basis as defined by the float pool and/or PRN guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy, M.S., and/or Pharm D Preferred
- Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the neonate, infant, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates Required
- Tennessee Licensure as a Pharmacist Required
- Additional certification may be required based on assignment Required
- At least 1 year experience Experience in patient care as obtained through completion of an approved pharmacy program Required
