Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Present recommendations for system repairs, replacements, and upgrades that provide value to customers.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices.
- Participate in company and manufacturer training programs.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina required for daily service work.
Qualifications:
- HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for residential heating and cooling systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate and handle HVAC tools and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
