Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.
- Present recommendations and financing options to customers in a professional and consultative manner.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and replacement systems.
- Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and available solutions.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Participate in company and manufacturer training programs.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and residential environments.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina required for daily field work.
Qualifications:
- HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent residential HVAC service experience.
- Previous experience in HVAC sales, service, or a selling technician role preferred.
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to present solutions and confidently discuss system replacement options.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate HVAC tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
