- Blueprint reading, coordination, layout, sketching, and materials take off
- Material, tool, and equipment handling, which includes ordering, receiving, placing, and returning
- Contract scope delineationsMust be able to confirm that construction drawings and specs agree with contract scope and to respond to general contractors requests concerning any scope limits
- Time keeping and other administrative duties, which includes but isnt limited to daily reports, submittal logs, RFI status, etc.
