Job Introduction

At RMC, our Loan Sales Specialists drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering fast, friendly, and affordable lending solutions. This high-energy role directly impacts success through sales performance, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion
  • Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections
  • Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions
  • Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Educate customers on loan terms and optional products


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English


Working Conditions

Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
