The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.

The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
- Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
- Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
- Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
- Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members
- Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
- Resolve employee issues where necessary
- Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- 3 years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
- 5 years previous Collections experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must pass pre-employment screening
- Previous experience in consumer finance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- High level of integrity.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
