Job Description:
- Responsibilities include assisting students with disabilities with academics and behavior in both general and special education classroom settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and one of the following:
- Associate’s degree or;
- 60 college credits
- Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
- Successful experience working with children with disabilities preferred, but training will be provided
Position Details:
- Start Date: Immediately
- 10-month, school-year position
- 7:30 a.m – 2:30 p.m.
- Hourly wage in accordance with the Paraeducators collective bargaining unit
