Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant - Fast Paced Chiropractic/Acupuncture clinic

Busy Chiropractic and Acupuncture Clinic in Mooresville (north of Charlotte, Lake Norman)with multiple providers looking to add full time front desk/Chiropractic Assistant (**full time for us is around 30-32 hours**). Must have medical office experience, experience with insurance and understanding benefits. Job duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, assist doctors with patients, collect copays/deductibles/co-insurance, calling on insurance benefits, general administrative duties and cleaning. Looking for outgoing, detail oriented, pleasant personality, self motivated individual to join our team. Must be confident discussing insurance benefits and payments. Looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, wants to help people, enjoys fast pace, can multitask and be organized. Need detail oriented and can pick things up quickly. This is NOT a medical assisting position and also not a CNA position. Days and times needed: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 830am-630pm, and Fridays 830am-1pm. We are closed on Tuesdays and weekends. Days and hours needed are non-negotiable.
