Position Details
- Position Type: Full-time & Part-time available
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Settings: Center-based (up to age 14) & Community-based (up to age 21)
- Starting Pay: New competitive 2024 rates
- Training Provided: Hybrid onboarding and training to become a nationally certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

General Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to children and adolescents in a variety of therapeutic environments. Under the guidance of a licensed supervisor, you will:
- Implement behavior treatment plans and interventions
- Provide positive reinforcement and skill-building support
- Model behavioral strategies for families and caregivers
- Collect and document data accurately
- Attend required trainings and clinical supervisions
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver behavioral interventions to children up to age 21
- Promote social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
- Transfer therapeutic skills to caregivers
- Assist in assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain organized workspaces and assist with center-based needs (e.g., bathroom support if needed)
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate’s Degree in Human Services OR 60 credits toward a Bachelor's in Human Services
- Bachelor's in Human Services (no experience required)
- Experience working with children (Preferred)
- ABA experience (Preferred, but not required – we will train!)
Required Documentation:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Completion of required clearances (upon offer)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
