- • Helping to maintain organization of the office
- Maintain SPSS database
- Maintain student clinical and academic flies
- Filing and copying as needed
- Bulletin Board upkeep
- Assist Office Manager with orders of textbook desk copies for faculty
- Assist with schedule (building, reviews)
- Assist with textbooks (orders, reviews)
- Sort and distribute mail
- Help with special projects as needed by Office Manager or other PsyD faculty
- Aid in Colloquia/special events - from room reservations, to media set up requests, etc. as needed.
- Assist visitors to suite with directions, etc.
- Help set up files for in-coming cohort
- Maintain student mailboxes by adding and deleting names as necessary, putting paperwork in boxes as needed
- All other duties as assigned (APA Self Study, Program Director needs, DCT needs)
- Registered and enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree at Regent University
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Word, Excel, Teams)
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality
