The Administrative & Client Services Manager plans and manages the operations, administrative, and client care needs of on-campus training clinic, the Psychological Services Center (PSC).

Essential Duties Include
- Answers inquiries from clients and doctoral student clinicians and resolve problems which require interpretation, explanation, and justification of administrative and programmatic policies and procedures
- Serves as first point of contact for all who enter the PSC and/or trains graduate assistant(s) to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment
- Screens and triages telephone calls and visitors (e.g., determines whether the call or visitor goes through and send to appropriate staff person or clinician)
- Recognizes clinical and other crises (e.g., clients expressing wish to hurt themselves or others, walk-ins presenting immediate distress), handles them initially, and triages appropriately (decide whom to contact)
- Serves as main point of contact and first line of resolution for issues, problems and questions from public, clients, other University units, and PSC users (e.g., unsatisfied/angry customers, financial complications, mistaken appointments); triages appropriately when Director or other's need to be involved in problem resolution
- Answer inquiries about PSC services, research opportunities and policies from callers, clinicians and supervisors; provide appropriate referrals to clients that do not fit PSC services or when openings are not available
- Prepares periodical statistical reports of clinical activity via scheduling software
- Provides oversight of new client referrals and client assignment to clinician caseload
- Serves as subject matter expert in handling routine admin client care requests for PSC clients
- Document in-person, email, and telephone encounters and use the EMR to identify and re-engage clients as needed
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred for mental health field(s)
- Two years work experience in an office environment and familiarity with use of electronic medical health records required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe products
- Ability to train others on use of clinic software products
