Client Services Associate
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
CFM is hiring a Client Services Associate to join our office in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Client Services Associate , you will collaborate with other members in the Concierge Department to provide wealth management and investment advisory services. The Client Services Associate will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who take pride in delivering massive value to the families the firm serves. Essential duties for the Client Services Associatet role will include, but are not limited, to:
- Prepare and review investment account applications
- Communication with department leads to ensure efficiency when establishing new client relationships
- Accurately describe value proposition of CFM’s investment philosophy
- Perform detailed data collection and use the client onboarding process including risk tolerance questionnaire
- Facilitate rollover and transfer calls with clients
- Gather and update client information in preparation of investment and service items
- Conduct service meetings, i.e., DocuSign walkthrough, signing forms, etc
- Process bank information, address, and name changes
- Understand regulations as it pertains to investment account set-up
- Identify opportunities during client interactions
- Statement review calls
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in the wealth management industry
- Bachelor’s degree & 1-3 years’ experience in financial services(i.e. Banking, Accounting, Mortgages etc.)
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred or related licenses (i.e. series 7,65,66).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and process account applications efficiently and accurately.
- Warm, friendly personality with the ability to connect with people
- Willing attitude: “no job is beneath me,” not a clock watcher
- Independent, autonomous with a “get it done” mindset
