Regent Flooring Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Coordinator to join our in-house showroom team in Pennington, NJ. This full-time role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with strong product knowledge across flooring materials such as hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, laminate, and carpet.

In this role, you will consult directly with homeowners, contractors, and builders to help them select flooring solutions that enhance the beauty and functionality of their spaces. From initial consultation through installation coordination, you will manage the full sales process while delivering exceptional service and maintaining Regent Floorings reputation for quality and professionalism.

Operating from our design showroom in Pennington, NJ, we provide a full-service remodeling experience that blends craftsmanship, design expertise, and personalized service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Consult with homeowners, contractors, and builders to assess flooring needs and recommend appropriate materials and solutions.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across flooring types including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and carpet.

• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and product selections for flooring projects.

• Manage the full sales process from customer inquiry through order placement and installation coordination.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

• Collaborate with installers and contractors to ensure accurate measurements, product ordering, and installation timelines.

• Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing of sales in a professional and customer-focused manner.

• Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and merchandising to create an organized and welcoming environment.

• Stay informed on flooring trends, materials, and installation methods to provide expert recommendations to customers.

• Assist with follow-ups, issue resolution, and post-sale support to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Minimum 3 years of flooring sales experience required.

• Strong knowledge of flooring materials including hardwood, carpet, luxury vinyl plank, tile, and laminate.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and installers.

• Reliable transportation required for occasional travel to local job sites.

• Experience with cabinetry or kitchen and bath remodeling is a plus.

• Wednesday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Friday & Sunday: Off

Full-time position.

• Pennington, NJ This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Regent Flooring Kitchen & Bath showroom. Occasional travel to local project sites may be required to support project consultations and installations.
