We are a high-volume flooring company based in Bucks County, PA with strong lead flow, proven systems, and the operational capacity to support 100 installs per month.
We are looking for a sales leader who can build, validate, and scale a high-performing sales team.
This role is not about maintaining a team — it is about increasing performance across the board, developing stronger reps, and helping grow the operation to 200 installs per month.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate the current sales process
- Increase overall team close rates through coaching and enforcement
- Ride along with reps and coach in real time
- Develop reps into higher-performing closers
- Enforce consistent in-home sales execution
- Ensure every appointment includes a full presentation and close attempt
- Require same-day quote delivery when deals are not closed
- Identify gaps in performance and implement improvements
- Help scale the team and sales output as volume increases
Requirements
- Experience within a high-volume, structured in-home sales organization
- Proven experience building or scaling a sales team or sales output
- Background managing or contributing to teams handling 50–100 installs/sales per month or growing to that level
- Proven personal closing experience in an in-home or same-day close environment
- Strong ability to coach, develop, and enforce performance across a team
Preferred Background
Experience in high-volume, process-driven organizations such as:
- Empire Today
- Power Home Remodeling
- Renewal by Andersen
- or similar environments.
Compensation
- $90,000 – $150,000 per year
- Performance-based incentives tied to team growth and results

Field-based role with ride-alongs required
