Duties and Responsibilities

• You will provide quality pharmaceutical care for all patients in accordance with the policy and procedures of ReGenesis Pharmacy.
• Primary responsibility will be patient interaction, processing prescriptions, and ringing patient prescriptions. Other duties include fielding questions, taking refill requests, seeking answers to patient questions, finding orders and assessing wait times.
• You will work alongside the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager to develop a plan of care for every patient to provide the most appropriate compliance-driven prescription outcomes.
• You will use all available resources of software (PioneerRx) and hardware to efficiently and accurately process prescriptions using state-of-the-art technology.
• You will use your personal skills to convey information directly to patients under the pharmacist’s supervision.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to lead by example.
• PioneerRx pharmacy software experience preferred but not required.
• e-Clinical Works experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is a requirement because this position will provide coverage throughout our network of 5 pharmacies.
  
  

Certification/License

• South Carolina registered pharmacy technician license.
• Board Certified in South Carolina by the PTCB or ExCPT preferred.
• CPhT certification is preferred.
• BLS certification is preferred (provided for free for all ReGenesis employees).
  
  

Education And Experience

• Experience working in a pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Experience with patient interactions and customer service.
• At least 3 years of pharmacy tech experience is preferred.
• 340B pharmacy experience preferred.
  
  

Additional Information

This position is a full-time floating pharmacy technician position. This position will be based out of our Langdon office where this person will work as their base store. However, they will also be covering for training, vacation, call-outs, etc at any of the following locations:

This floating position is a full-time employment opportunity, and the workweek will be scheduled between 32-40 hours per week.
