A Passionate Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our therapists and helping new clients take their first step into care.
There is so much work needed to change prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic healthcare in our country—and we’re here for it. We focus on proactive, preventative care by empowering our clients, educating our community and helping people find real, lasting solutions beyond medications and surgery.
At ReGenerate Physiotherapy, our mission is to be the primary provider for people with pelvic health problems in Fayette County, GA and surrounding areas, and to empower the lives of people we encounter. This position is a part-time (15-18 hours) and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating clearly, and being a key part of a growing healthcare team.
Regular Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the warm, welcoming ambassador of our practice—greet patients, offer water, take payments, and schedule appointments.
- Answer and return phone calls from both current patients and new inquiries; this role is phone-forward and requires comfort speaking with prospective clients about getting started with care (training and scripts provided).
- Guide new inquiries through their first interaction with our clinic and confidently assist them with scheduling.
- Support simple marketing efforts (social media, email updates, and community outreach support)
- Be a key part of the patient experience while helping keep schedules organized and clinic flow running smoothly. while supporting therapists by keeping schedules organized and clinic flow running smoothly.
- Write and communicate clearly—strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail are essential.
- Manage and organize the practice email inbox with efficiency and professionalism.
- Order office supplies and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment (light cleaning such as sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting).
- Create and update office procedures, training materials, and policies as needed.
- Record and document staff meetings and organize follow-up tasks.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare or wellness setting a plus).
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and guiding conversations with new clients.
- Proficiency with Apple Pages, Numbers, and Google Drive.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma required
- Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with patients and coworkers.
- Comfortable handling payment processing, emails, EMR software, and multi-line phone systems.
- Willingness to learn and communicate about pelvic floor therapy and the diagnoses we treat.
- Strong organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal.
