What You’ll Do
As a customer service rep for Regency Auto Repair, you will:
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner; book and advise customers; respond to walk-ins; and assist them with scheduling, estimates, and service-related questions
- Provide excellent customer service to every guest, from greeting them by name if possible, to checking their vehicle in and out, and to keeping them apprised of their repair progress and cost
- Explain repair orders and technician notes in simple terms so that customers understand the problem, the urgency, and the cost
- Call and text customers throughout the day to update them on their repair progress, get required approvals, and follow up with them after their repair is complete
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized front desk, waiting area, and restrooms
- Coordinate with the technicians and shop foreman to schedule repairs in a timely manner

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as in a restaurant, retail, or hotel setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers with grace and professionalism
- The ability to multi-task and handle interruptions without becoming frustrated
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
