Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our fast-paced production team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce a high-quality product. Your expertise will ensure smooth workflow, adherence to safety standards, and precision in every task. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at a 100 year old company that produces award ribbons and other award items nationwide to our country fairs and other events.
Duties
- Able to read customer orders.
- Set up and adjust equipment such as stringer machine to meet production requirements.
- Conduct quality control inspections during production runs to ensure products meet specifications; document findings accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and updating the supervisor.
- Monday - Friday 7-3:30pm.
Experience
- Be able to work independently.
- Be able to spell and count correctly.
- Must be prompt and on time.
- Must be 18 or older to run machinery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
