Licensed Social Worker

RegalCare at Worcester is a short- and long-term care facility located in Worcester, MA. We are currently seeking a Full Time Licensed Social Worker to join our dedicated team and support our residents with empathy and professionalism.

Position Highlights:

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
• Candidates must hold a BSW or MSW

• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to residents and families
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination
• Ensure compliance with federal and state social work regulations
